Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to make your order and hand it to the right person. We don't sell your information. Ever.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, what you ordered, and your pickup time. If you share an email address, we use it for your receipt.
• If you make an account: the same, plus your order history and saved preferences (like your usual tip). Accounts sign in through a one-tap link we email you, we never store a password.
• Payment: your card details go directly to Clover, our payment processor. They never touch our systems and we cannot see your card number.

Text messages

We text the mobile number you give at checkout once per order, when it's ready for pickup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop. Marketing texts are a separate choice, never at checkout. If you give an email address, your receipt goes there. Details are in our Terms & SMS Consent.

Who else sees your information

Only the services that make the site work: Clover (payments and orders), our text and email providers (to deliver messages), and our secure database host. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies and other browser storage

• Your cart and language: saved right in your browser so they're still there if you reload the page or open a new tab. An in-progress checkout is saved the same way, but only for that one tab, and it's gone once you close the tab or finish the order.
• Signing in: if you use an account, we set one cookie on your device to keep you signed in. That's the only cookie this site sets.
• Paying: Clover's own payment form loads right in your browser and checks for fraud with Google's reCAPTCHA. Card details go straight to Clover, never to us.
• If something breaks: an error-monitoring tool captures technical details so we can fix the problem.
• Seeing what's working: we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics and see which buttons get clicked, like Order Pickup. If you followed a link from one of our posts, we note which one. None of it sets a cookie, follows you to another site, or shows you an ad.

Your cart, language and sign-in stay right on your device. Page views and the clicks above are sent to us on purpose, so we can see what's working. None of it uses an analytics cookie, an ad pixel, or anything that follows you to another site.

Your mobile number stays private

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone. The one exception is the messaging provider that must handle your number to deliver our texts, and it may not use your number for anything else.

Your choices

Want your account or information deleted? Call the store or ask at the counter and we'll take care of it. Legally required records (like payment records) are kept as long as the law says.
